Mindful baby and me course

A 4 week course focussing on mindfulness, bonding with your baby and thinking about self care in motherhood.

Weekly topics including baby communication, bonding, triggers, and self care

This is not bright lights and singing, but a calm and quiet space with guided relaxation and a supportive environment

Each class is 1 hour and and includes a postnatal wellbeing journal. The 4 week course is £55 or you can trial a session for £15 as PAYG. Limited spaces, next class to start May 23rd. If you want to join the waiting list for this course, email me at contentedbeginnings@outlook.com
